OK, I just bought a laptop and thought I could start a home network and share files between my PC and laptop. FAIL!
I can't join a homegroup on my PC, I can't seem to do anything on it right now because the icon in the tray says I have "no connections available" but I can use the internet. Because of this I can't do anything with the network or homegroup. Any ideas?
I've tried the troubleshooter it says that there is nothing wrong, I've gone to the Dell website and checked for updated drivers for my machine, I've got the current one. I've uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Still get the same problem. I just want to be able to share folders between my computers.
