Okay so this is what is happening.
Me and my family just moved into a new house. And i am about to get a new Desktop of my own and it will be in my room.
Now, the problem is that we have one router and one modem that will be placed next to the living room TV which, has the family console and the family cable Television. So how will i get Internet access to my desktop. We thought about a wireless connection but that is just to slow and i want a way to get a fast connection like wired.
Can you Please, help me by finding a solution because I barely have any knowledge and i need help from someone that actually knows what to do, so i have come over here. What can i do to solve my problem? Is there even a possible way for me to get Internet in any other way than wireless. Of course i can't just connect a ethernet wire because my room is a little far way form the living room.
