Login to new device when ip address is same as router

I have recently purchased a long range wireless n client bridge/access point or EnGenius ENH200. In order to set it up I am required to login into it (192.168.1.1). This is the same IP Address as my router. I want to change the IP Address on the ENH200 rather than my router. I have plugged it in directly to my computer and logged in but require the internet to make changes. This cannot be done via wireless and I have only one ethernet plugin on my computer where my network cable is plugged into. In order to configure the ENH200 it is to be directly plugged into the computer via ethernet cable. That being said I cannot make changes because I've had to unplug the internet.
Any help would totally make my day!!
