Internet slows only at one laptop

So recently i moved to canada from home country, and my laptop was doing fine before. But after i moved here loading sites and videos is slow and downloading things is also slow. And when i played online games (using servers that is recommended) it became so laggy. But when i check the other laptop and my phone the problem is not from the wifi because the wifi is not slow. I searched google about this and i tried thishttp://forums.techguy.org/6864454-post3.html and after i tried that, some pages are unavailable.
Please help me. Thanks :)
P.S. Im using Windows 7 at Dell
