Good afternoon ladies and gentlmen.
I have recently been having some very bizarre and extremely frustrating issues with my connection for the past month.
I am suffering from 'latency', terrible connectivity and fluctuating speeds for the past month with my internet, where I am beginning to loose my temper.
I hard reset the router (unplug it for 15 mins then replug), it has been 5 times today to get it to hold out for awhile long enough to get some games in and browse youtube and facebook. However it never lasts long, I get behaviour like this.. when I loaded Tech Support Guy site.

The yellow triangle infront of my pc icon near my clock will appear occasioanly interrupting everything where I have to wait for it to re-connect, I tried disabling the wireless access to disconnect all devices to see if it was just the router over whelmed, it behaved the same so I reactivated it.
I have tried it plugged in and out of the BT test socket and have even confronted my ISP, they don't seem to know jack all and promise calls I have not received. So im here on my knee's it seems just hoping there is something I myself can do other than maybe throw some pressure on my ISP to up their game? I need to know really is it me or them.
I have a billion router, which is plugged into the main socket modem, I have a BT Power Line kit linked up, which up till this month has been doing fantastic! There are occassions where I cannot even access the router settings, it will just spin with an egg timer circling around to then eventually tell me there was an error loading the page.
Any suggestions?
