my laptop was working fine when I switched it off yesterday, this morning it couldn't find an internet connection.
I called Aol support, they did several tests, the results of one = WER Internal MetaData.xml AppCompat.txt, memory .hdmp
I can connect via a cable from pc to router,Aol says the problem is with my laptop and not my connection, any help would be gratefully received :)
