Dealing with a sudden latency issue.

Recently I upgraded my internet speed to 5mb/s through Cox (I know, I'm a bit behind everyone else), and for the day I upgraded it was great. All my games were running fantasticly and things were loading up at an amazing rate. Downloads were wonderfully fast and webcam streaming is great.

Then I wake up the next morning and try to do that again, only to find myself jittery in game and with connection issues while talking with video and voice. I have no idea what could cause this change. The only thing I could think of was that for some reason, the far end of the night I was having trouble keeping a connection. Either the routers were both going out (I have the cox router/modem combo and a Netgear to give a better range) or my brand new laptop was suddenly not able to hold on to their wifi signal.

A few days of just 'dealing with it' and I come across a web program called Netalyzr and used it to test my network. This is what it gave back: http://n3.netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu...cd0a-442e-b5bf

While I pride myself on being the Tech Guy for the folks around me, I am not someone who speaks the code here. So I want to ask if anyone here can translate this and let me know what I need to do. Is it something that I can fix or is it something with my ISP?
