checked network adapters and all 3 working on dell inspiron 6000: 1394 net adapter #2; broadcom 440x 10/100 integrated controller; dell wireless 1350 wlan mini-pct card. just started with comcast as isp and cannot connect to wifi although input correct info and had comcast take over computer to help. when i place cursor over the wifi pic in lower rt corner, it says signal strength is excellent and the status: acquiring network address and yellow ball keeps going back and forth.
wired connection works ok so connected previous belkin router which computer could access via wireless but now computer cannot access the belkin either. comcast and i are stumped. hope you can provide some clues. thanks.
