challenging scenario

hello guys ,

actually i have scenario which hassles me a lot. i have posted it below have a look at there and now my requirement was i want internet access for three PC's only which i have mentioned in the below scenario while other all PC'S are also accessible through LAN as well.

would you please suggest me something in this regards.
