For the last couple of weeks or so I've been regularly getting the 'An error has occurred. Please try again later.' message when trying to watch YouTube video clips. I found a solution to the problem on YouTube itself.
Please read on, the solution went as follows: Go to Start>Go to Network>Click on Local Area Connection>Click on Properties>Click on Internet Protocol>Uncheck Obtain DNS Server Automatically>Check Use The Following DNS Server Addresses. I then filled in the two boxes with the numbers 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4. then click OK. Apparently this is Google's own DNS servers which are supposed to be much faster and more reliable.
Now, my Internet connection does seem to be better on YouTube but the problem hasn't been fixed entirely and doesn't seem to be as great a fix as the guy in the video makes out.
Anyway, on starting up my PC I'm now getting this window (see screenshot) every time. What's going on here and is it a problem ?
My O.S. is Windows XP
