Earlier this year I bought this computer and it worked beautifully. Then because it's so big, I put it in it's case and put it away in the closet. Two days ago I got it back out and now the keyboard doesn't come on at all, and it's not in the bluetooth devices file, only the mouse. Could this be just a case of a dead battery, or am I in for a major fix?
I'm not a computer whiz (self-taught) so I need any help to be in very plain terms please.
