I am using Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2, 32 bit to post this question but
I got the error message as stated in the attachment while I was working in Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3, 32 bit which is installed as another OS in the other partition of my Hard Drive .
