Wifi drivers not working!

I have refreshed my laptop as I intend to sell it, i have installed Windows 7 Ultimate, and downloaded all the necessary drivers from the manufacturers website. However, none of the three wifi drivers work!. I have also used several different driver detection softwares to ensure that the drivers are correct, and each time I am given a different driver, which hasn't worked. This problem has plagued me for about a week now and I could really use the cash. The problem I am having is that the driver apparently installs, but i am given no means to access local wifi networks, and only certain drivers will show up under the system>device manager
