Connect to two networks simultaneously

Hello,
I currently connect wirelessly to my work wifi which is the same for other businesses in the same building (office block). We have a wireless printer which I also connect to wirelessly but needs to be only accessible by my team. When I want to print, currently, I have to disconnect from the wifi and connect to the printer then visa versa when i want to go online again.
This is rather annoying and i'm sure there must be a solution. I currently use a macbook air and the printer is a HP Officejet Pro 8610
