Packet loss and speed variance

So recently my internet is experiencing some packet loss which is making my gaming unbearable. I just moved into my new place in December and have loved my internet so far, I had a ton of packet loss issues in my old town and moving to this new town with a new provider seemed to fix the problems until now. The speeds are slower here (15 dl and 4upload) but very steady, until the last few days. In games like league of legends I will be hitting creeps or whatever and then it's like the game is paused for 2-4 seconds and then sped up all of the sudden and im dead... Here are some ping results, the first is a small sample showing the loss while in a game, the second is a 9 hour session. I have power cycled the router and modem and it didn't help.
