ics error

i have been sharing my internet before through my laptop through mhotspot i.e creating virtual wifi.but after activating my w7 by kmspico ,that sharing is not possible now.it gives an ics error during n/w setup.it shows hotspot created successfully but no internet sharing.
I have gone through various sites for this,i founded that sharing tab is not seen in my local area connection properties.
kindly help me through this.
