Hi, I have a HP 15-r029wm - 15.6-inch Notebook PC - Intel Pentium N3520 / 4GB DDR3L SDRAM / 500GB HDD / Windows 8.1 / WiFi / SuperMulti DVD Burner / HD Webcam.
I realize that it would say connected but I would be unable to browse after a restart though I'm usually able to browse. Now it wont connect to the internet via wifi or Ethernet cord. Why I ran windows troubleshooter and it said there was a problem but it did not tell me the exact problem. It gave suggestions as to what it might be. I tried everyone except to replace the physical card. here is the info for my system. There is now a yellow triangle on the wifi bar but everything else in the home has an internet connection. I thought it was a device limitation but I disconnected every device and it still wont go to the internet
Its a 64 Bit system. Also I went to the device drivers. It says it is working fine for the network adapters . Of course I cant update or look for updates because I cant connect. '
