I've seen similar posts on this topic, but I've tried several things and could use help. I'd like to paste the results of the ipconfig /all, but the box just flashes on my screen and I don't see anything in Notepad to show you. Thoughts on how to make ipconfig /all visible?
I've got a 3 year old Dell Studio XPS 7100 running Win7 with wireless and comcast cable modem. I've recently connected an Ethernet cable to see if the problem was wireless, but the problem continues. The system ran great until a couple weeks ago when intermittently the computer just "spins" when I try to view an open browser tab (e.g. MSN.com). This sometimes happens after computer wakes up, or during active working sessions. Rebooting temporarily fixes the problem, but sometimes it will fix itself if I wait awhile, but not always. I've done the following:
Help please.

- Run malware and removed "Search Protect"
- Configured the TCP/IP settings - settings were okay
- Ran the following ipconfig commands
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /registerdns
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
