having a bit of trouble. keep receiving this error on home system. have reset my router several times with no luck. Wi-Fi cuts in and out. have also disabled and re-enabled my network connection and still receive same message. not really very computer savvy so I am asking for other possible solutions. this problem seems a bit intermittent. some days working fine and others just cant get connection. any help would be appreciated. my cable company is trying to sell me some technical support to resolve it but thought I would check here first. router is fine according to cable company. please help!
