Limited Access Internet - Please Help!

Last week, my Internet was running very slow and disconnected often. I decided it was time to run some Anti-Virus programs and I ran RKill along with MalwareBytes and Super Anti Spyware scans. Now, my computer connects but under "Limited Access" and the internet does not work at all.

HP Touchsmart 600
Operating System: Windows 7 (64 bit)

I ran Mini-Toolbox, Wireless application, and TSG Sysinfo and will attach the results. Is there any other info necessary?
