Solved: Add A Second Drive To FreeNAS

So I pulled this computer out of our Sign Lab because they were complaining about low space.
The first and original drive is 80GB/IDE
The Second one is 2TB/SATA

The Bios recognized it and it boots just fine as you can see In Disk 1.jpg, but the problem is that I can't use the 2TB as shown in Disk 2.jpg it only shows the 80GB.

Also is there anyway to defrag both of these drives?
