let my mother in law use an unused computer with vista--got it back -it had programs not needed on it such as malware /adware removers--I removed quite a few--problem is when I start computer-it shows I am on internet but won't open page and message is verify the current proxy server configuration--cannot figure out and I am a 62 yr old user--any advise?
