Solved: U-Verse 2wire + TP-Link Router Torrent Problems

So I recently got ATT U-Verse and received a 2wire (3600 I think) Gateway Modem/Router.

I also have a TP-Link N600 Router that I want behind the 2wire.

My torrent client (deluge) is not getting an active open port for connections (uses random ports on launch)
-Windows firewall allows all IN/OUT for deluge
-TP-Link doesn't have firewall activated
-2wire has set the TP-Link as the DMZ-plus mode (giving the TP-Link it's Public IP and forwarding all traffic to it)

Can someone help me with this opening connections to start being able to seed torrents?
