Wireless Connected, Browsers, Dropbox and are not working - Windows 7

Hello everyone,

I have been looking for a solution all over the internet for this and nobody has an answer.

My wireless is connecting perfectly and it says is connected and its displaying full signal but when I look at my Dropbox icon, it is not displaying the green check in a circle that says is connected and when I try to connect to the browsers, specially Chrome which is the one I am using it displays a dinosaur that says that I am not able to connect to the internet.

Please help.
