Network adapter problems

I am unable to to log on to my network using wifi or ethernet. Win7 32 bit OS
WiFi:
Icon in system tray shows all connections available, including my home network. Signal strength Exellent; correct values for security type, radio type, and SSID. When I try to connect, I get "connection unsuccessful/limited connectivity and cannot access the router. When I try to troubleshoot, the message reads "problem with driver for wireless network connection adapter. I try to "repair as administrator" and get "wireless network adapter is experiencing problems.

Ethernet:
After plugging in ethernet cable to router, I see steady green lights at both ends. No connection is available, and I am unable to connect.

Here is the ipconfig /all result with one USB wifi adapter and ethernet cable plugged in:
C:\Users\Owner>ipconfig /all

Windows IP Configuration

I checked System/Device Manager, and all network adapters look OK (no ! or ?) Same results for two different wireless USB adapters, and drivers for all three adapters (2 USB & 1 ethernet) are up to date. I also tried TCP/IP stack repair to restore installation defaults. I am able to log in and use wifi on another PC and iphone/ipads.
