Netgear 600N dropping internet after adding MOCA and Tivo

I have Netgear wndr3700 v3 wireless router connected to my cable modem. To the Netgear I have a Linksys wrt54gs v2.1 connected and ran downstairs by ethernet. I use basement daily. It has concrete block walls and I was having trouble connecting to the Netgear alone. This has worked OK (other than constantly changing wifi networks when moving from room to room) until Suddenlink connected an Actiontec MOCA and Tivo to the Netgear router. Now every night, I lose internet through the house. I have to restart the Netgear router and then the Linksys every morning. Is this a router setting or do I need a new router. Suddenlink can't help because their equipment is working. I have 3 Win7 Pro laptops, iPad, iPad mini, 3 iPhones, Dish network and a smart TV I stream Netflix trough. I just upgraded to 30 Mbps internet speed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
