I have Charter internet and the router and modem need to be unplugged every 30 minutes. I have called the company and they have had me try different things that haven't worked. They also sent someone out here to fix it and that hasn't helped. I was wondering what other things I could try or should I just get a new modem and or router?
My modem is an Arris TM902A. My router is a Netgear N600 model WNDR3800.
I just got this internet last week and have had this problem the entire time. I'm getting tired of having to constantly get up to unplug and replug them back up.
