Win 8 Ad Hoc internet sharing

Hi guys - I have ethernet access to the internet and was hoping to share this internet connection with the Ad Hoc I have set up so when I connect to it with my phone I can access the internet.

The connection with current active internet is call "ethernet" and the ad hoc is "legionbre"

In network and sharing under the "ethernet" properties > Sharing:
"Allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection"
Is ticked, however, in the box below, there is no drop down box to select the "legionbre" ad hoc connection, so I can connect to it on my phone, but without any internet access. In place of the dropdown menu is a fixed line with "Wi-Fi" written.
