Please help? i've tried everything i know

The long story short version is this. I haven't tried every website.. But in my IE 8 it will not let me connect to sites such as "google,yahoo". I'm not sure how long this problem has been going on.. But i noticed it when my league of legends wouldn't connect for 2-3 days straight (to their servers) something was wrong so i started looking around and still haven't been able to fix it..

So in short what i'm trying to figure out is why i cannot connect to certain sites, And why my game will not connect to the server (but other games will)

I've tried

1: Switching online/offline mode in IE
2: Spybot scans
3: Disabling firewall
4: Removed other viruses/hijackers.
5: Disabled anti viruses.


Also, The sites do load in IE if i am in safemode, But will also load in chrome (normal mode)


Also, For a secondary problem (read if you want) i included a second log, couldn't update it due to file size.. or rename it.
