Hello friends, i have been having problems with my laptop for a while now.
I have a Dell Studio XPS 13 laptop using Windows 8, i have had it for a while now and it used to work perfectly until recently, it started to give me way less internet speed than what i am currently paying for, even if there are no other devices connected to the internet, it only gives me around 3 mbps, compared to the 10 i'm paying for.
When i connect with other devices to my internet it gives me normal internet speed.
I have used speedtest to check my download and upload speed in this laptop to compare it with my other devices, they all give me around 12 or 13 mbps download, and when i use the exact same test on this one i end up having around 3 mbps with fluctuating results. (The test was made at the same distance from the router in all the devices).
I have tried a lot of things people have recommended to fix this problem with no positive results. I'm stressing out :(
I was wondering if somebody could give me a hand in trying to fix this problem. Thanks in advance!
