I have a Sony Vaio Fit 15 that runs Windows 8.1, and three days ago my ability to have webpages load stopped, although I am still connected to my local network and can access files on other computers in my household. All other computers and devices on our network load just fine. I've looked at some of the other posts on here, and have seen most ask for the ipconfig, so I'm putting it below:

I've updated the drivers for the wi-fi, and have also tried pinging google, yahoo, and am getting a message that it can't find the host.
As for firewalls and anti-virus software, I've had Ad-Aware, McAffe (both uninstalled) and am running Webroot (been on the computer for a year.)
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction of what to do next. Thanks in advance.
Thanks,
Jaycee
