Is this really a problem?

In the last few days, my computer has been a bit slower than usual. I looked in the Device Manager and saw this Network Adapter flagged.

I ran troubleshooter. It said it had detected and fixed a problem. NOT this one. I ran it again, and nothing was detected.

What is this? Why can't I fix it? What should I do with it?

I am NOT savvy with these things. If my computer won't fix itself, I need VERY DETAILED instructions on what I should do.
