"Unable to contact your DHCP server"

When I try to ipconfig /renew I get a unable to contact your DHCP server error. I am wired directly to the router when this happens but if I'm wired directly to my modem it works just fine. Other devices I have wired and wireless to my router work just fine. I'm using a MPC Clientpro 385 and a Cisco WRT160N V3 router with Tomato USB. Results from ipconfig /all
