Wi-Fi Dropping Windows 8.1

So I bought a new PC and pretty quickly after, the internet stopped working on it. It turns off every few minutes, generally, dropping to limited connectivity. It works on my phone and my laptop which aren't Windows 8.1, but my sister's laptop and my PC which both drop constantly.

It tends to drop most often when I either load a game server, load Steam, or even sometimes load a new webpage. It seems to just like having one task at a time.

I've search a lot of forums and it seems to be a pretty common issue. I've flushed my IP and ran netsh winsock reset to no avail, and a few other things but as it has been ongoing, I cannot recall all of them. I've had a little play around with the network drivers but to be honest I don't really understand all that. It does say it's up-to-date, however.

I'm using wireless TP Link dongle, and as I was told to provide PC specs:

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz x4
16GB RAM
GTX 760
64-bit

Thank you!
