I have been having the same problem I think. Using wireless I can connect in safe mode but not regular. When I try to connect it say's page cannot be displayed. It shows the internet is connected but it will not connect. I am able to connect to my wireless network with my phone and it works fine. Toshiba said since the laptop connects in safe mode that there is a program blocking the connection and that program needs to be found. I did not want to pay them $100 for a 1 time fix. So here I am. the above post sounds similar to what I am experiencing. does it sound like the above fix would work for this issue.
