Hello all im new to the forum and have a issue with slow wifi. I have a hp envy m6-1105dx I have comcast xfinity internet with a Arris TG862 gateway. All my devices on this network get anywhere between 20 to 45mbps download and 11-13 upload. At first this hp was geeting around 42mbps download but now after a lil while its down to 4 maybe 6mbps. I have ran speed test and all wireless devices and are still getting anywhere between 20 and up. I have no idea what is causing that. Called comcast they said everything is working fine on their end called hp said if i had a wifi card issue i would be gettingl imited issues. I have no idea what the problems are why im getting 43mbps then drops to 5 if i reinstall or restore my laptop ill get the speeds back.
