I have a windows 7 OS. After doing a system restore yesterday, I lost my wireless capability. When I try to check the connection, I get a message saying: "No Connections Are Available". I am not able to "troubleshoot"....get a message: "An unexpected error has occurred, Cannot start the troubleshooting window". I have tried many different suggestions on various help boards to no avail. I am able to get a connection via the Ethernet cable, but not wirelessly. I am able to wirelessly log on to the Internet via other computers in the house. When I checked the wireless info in the device manager, it says that the Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-card network adapter is working correctly. I have uninstalled this adapter, rebooted the computer, re-installing the adapter, to no avail. I have also tried several other system restores, using different restore points without luck. When I PING my IP address and router, both seem to be functioning fine. (4 PINGs sent, 4 PINGs received...0% loss)
