Internet Speed varies, and disconnects briefly

Hello,

My problem only started in the last few months once Comcast supposedly upgraded our internet at work. I use some programs that need to have a speed above 3mb per second in order to keep the connection, and since Comcast came I lose my connection to these programs almost every 10 - 15 minutes, which makes is very difficult to work. My computer is a dell desktop with 4 screens, and is not on a wireless internet connection. My colleague also has tried the same programs and has the same issue. When I try the same thing at home I have no problem at all? Any help with would be greatly appreciated. The Comcast guys have come like 5 times, and just run a speed test and say everything is fine, and that is all they are required to do.
