Hi all,
I've been trying to find out why the hell my internet in my house is perfectly EXCEPT for running any kind of video and livestream!
I rang my ISP after a week of this annoying issue thinking it could be a problem on their side, turns out she did a speedtest thing with me and made me download a file, my speeds were actually QUICKER than she expected for my package (ADSL 1 Turbo, cant get ADSL 2+ in the hills). So my download speeds are perfect so why the hell are my videos and livestreams not loading at 360p, this is stupid. Also my ping in games are also dropping when my ping and speeds were perfect?!
Things i've done;
Packetloss check on CMD, 0% loss
Rang my useless ISP Customer support, all speeds were perfect
Checked my mates house nearby, his internet is perfect, so it is NOT my area, and a cable under the ocean is not the problem...(some person actually tried saying this is why..)
Ping tests to the websites which load slow, useless because its absolutely ANY video or livestream and it never fixed
Checked on my ISP's site for problems in my area, 0.
Anti-Virus Check
Abode Flash Player is up-to-date
Tried asking for help on other sites, nothing worked
Tried on other devices, slow for all of them on the same internet, so it isn't my custom built gaming pc...
Pretty much i've done absolutely anything which would negate obvious problems, nothing's solved....I even emailed different customer support sites from the actual website and they said nothing was wrong.
