Website down?

I have been visiting a website a couple of times a day, which would be www.405th.com now i am unable to access this site for whatever reason. Every other site works completely fine with no issues loading it. Whenever i try and get on it gives me the message "Oops! Google chrome could not connect to www.405th.com" Now i have tried other browsers and ive tried other devices and nothing works. I know for a fact the website is not down because other people can get on from 4g or through their wifi. I think it is a problem with my internet or computer or router.. something. I also know that my router does not have any firewall so the firewall can't be whats stopping it from loading... any help?

I also run windows 8 latest version is 8.1, the site did not work before and after i updated windows. thanks
