Cant connect to WIFI on XP service pack 3

I went thru all the solutions written but My Dell Precision has suddenly stopped connecting to my home wifi.
It connects to other wifi devices except the one at my home.
Doesnt even detect the signal of wifi

When I did "ipconfig /all" the info that came was:

Also want to bring to your notice that this problem has started in the last 10 days before it was working just fine. And the HOME wifi connection works well with other laptop, notebook and mobile phones of the house...
