I think it a cute name. :D Brighthouse has been to my house 4 times this past week trying to fix my internet. They check the same thing over and over again and say my wifi is picking up 102Mbps. Which is fine. BUT my pc is receiving 9.28 Mbps download speed. So I sent my pc to a pc repair shop. He fixed it for me. He showed me in his shop that my internet connection was at 87Mbps on his. But when I got back home. I was still at 9.28 Mbps. My upload was 11.25. I know it isn't my pc now. But BH still is saying it is not on their end. I bought a new Ethernet cord, a new surge protector and had an electrician come out and make sure the actual plug I was using was ok. (& it was) Nothing has fixed this issue. And frankly I'm tired of spending money on so-called solutions that are not the solution at all. I'm so frustrated:P
