Funny windows 7 firewall settings help.

My uncle has a windows 7 pc. I was looking around his firewall settings and found that the following settings were open.

file_8950

There are 3 references to each one of these in the firewall.

I could not find any reference to them. I have attached a screen capture of the settings.
