Solved: Connecting to routers, help please

I have my Optus router which used to be in lounge so all my gear can plug into it using cables (tv, home theatre, wdtv) but was losing to much signal using a long phone cable and don't want to use a long ethernet cable as there is nowhere to hide it, so I moved the Optus modem back close to the wall jack and now can't plug the stuff in that I had before

So, I have Lynksys Wag 320n sitting there not used, and I was wondering if I can set up this modem in the lounge and have everything plugged into and have the two modems connected to each other wirelessly, used to know how to do it years ago but have forgotten lol
