I have cox cable internet and it works well when it's working. But I have to reset the modem at least 3 times a day because it drops the DNS address to all 0 I replaced my wireless router thinking that was the problem but it remains. I have 2 iOS devices and a chromebook laptop on the network as well as an xbox and ps3. To reset the modem I unplug the power cable and then hold the tiny reset button for about 10 seconds. The reset has occurred when each of the devices was the only one on the network and there are no freeloaders on the network according to my routers access logs.
