I am shopping around today for a good, reliable and inexpensive ISP in my area (Vancouver, WA)
I currently have Century Link and I no longer want their service, their rates always go up after the promo expires.
I may think of re-joining Juno. Only thing is the pop-ups that you get with them.
However, I also now heard about "EARTHLINK."
I know nothing about Earthlink. I hear they are both dial-up and DSL?
What does it take to subscribe? Do I have to join Time Warner first?
I checked availability in my area, yes there is.
Thank you.
[Problem is, I am leaving this coming Saturday and my Century Link bill is due on the 18th.]
I am told to have another ISP "IN PLACE' before quitting the present one, but in my case, what to do?
What would you do?]
Thank you.
