Hi
I have three PCs in my network. Two running XP professional and one running XP home edition.
Two PCs (One professional and the Home) work fine and are no problem.
On the third I recently removed LogMeIn.
On that machine, when I create the WORKGROUP network, the new network entry fails to display under My Network Places \ Entire Network.
Instead 'LogMeIn Virtual Disk Network' alone displays.
It would appear that the WORKGROUP has been created and is working (as I can see this machine under the WORKGROUP on the other two systems) but the workgroup fails to display.
The display is vital as it is required when I want to attach a network drive to the system.
It has been suggested that I remove entries relating to LogMeIn from the registry but this causes the system to crash on a reboot.
Thanks in anticipation.
Stuart
