Solved: Wireless Not Working on New Laptop..

Trying to troubleshoot my new laptop's wireless issue. It has never connected wireless to any network, not my home network or anywhere else.

I am worried it may be an issue with the computer itself but am unsure how to determine this.

I flushed the DNS and have run the diagnostics through windows. I will try to post all the information I can, I have been working on this for several hours so bear with me.

There were some other errors but I will have to disconnect the hard wire to duplicate the error. I appreciate any help in advance, I know you guys probably answer these types of questions all the time.:o
