Internet keeps dropping.

Okay so i switched to IINET as Telstra was getting to expensive, but iinet is way too slow in wandana heights so i went back to Telstra using my old modem, it was working for like 3 hours but now it keep dropping, the internet light is red and the only way i can use it is if i go on the Technicolor page and click connect which only lasts for around 10 seconds.

Please help im planning on getting Elder Scrolls Online tomorrow and i havent had internet for 3 weeks.
