Hi everyone, i hope you guys can help me.
Since about a week ago my internet has been very erratic in speed and reliability. at times the speed is normal but web browsing is slow and at other times webpages just dont load, full stop. going a month back, the computer worked fine without any issues, but now it is really starting to annoy me.
e.g. loading a 144p youtube video at times will take 5 minutes+
Troubleshooting:
I have run a virus and rootkit scan.
I have uninstalled and re-installed drivers.
i have done a system restore.
I have done a clean install of Windows 7 HP 64-bit
I have removed a RAM stick to test each.
I have tried in safe-mode.
Turned off and unplugged modem for 30 seconds.
Reset all connection settings
and none of those will work :(
i have tried with a wired connection and it seems to run fine, but where i am situated in my house i cannot have a wired connection, i use wireless.
any help would be greatly appreciated, i have attached the log from TSG Sys Info
Thanks Again!
